DELIVERY & RETURNS
All parcels within the UK are sent via Weengs and dispatched with Royal Mail or Yodel. Your postage price (starting from £5.50) will be quoted at the end of your order, before payment. All product order deliveries will require a signature on arrival.
All orders are usually processed within 3-6 working days and you will receive a confirmation email to notify you that your parcel has been dispatched.
Next Day Delivery
If you require a faster service, please select the Next Day Delivery option to guarantee next working day delivery. Orders placed with the next working day delivery option will be sent on the same day if the order is placed before 10.30 am. Orders with the next working day delivery option placed after 10.30 am will be sent the next working day. This service is only available from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed with this option from Friday 10.30 am to Monday, or on bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day (usually a Tuesday). All Next Day Deliveries will require a signature on arrival.
The following items are not available with the next working day delivery option: all 30ml eau de toilette bottles.
Postage is FREE for up to four samples (or one sample set) within the UK. Please note we can only supply one sample per fragrance and samples are only available to be shipped to UK addresses. Sample orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class and don't require a signature on arrival.
Please note that we can only ship four bottles of fragrance in any one package, this also applies to samples.
As they fall under the Dangerous Goods category, the international shipping of perfume and other alcohol-based products is very restrictive, therefore our website can only process UK orders.
If you would like to order from abroad, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a personalised quote. If you agree with the quote we have sent you, we will then send you an invoice by email that you can pay in a secure way on our website.
Fragrances and other alcohol-based products (such as room sprays): shipping starts from £30 (USA: from £47). International orders are shipped via FedEx, which means a full door-to-door tracking service is included, making international shipments more expensive but very reliable.
Non-alcohol based products (such as shower gels, creams, candles and body lotions): shipping starts from £14 (USA: from £16). International orders are shipped abroad via Weengs and are also tracked.
Fragrances and other alcohol-based products: volume per item must not exceed 30ml (1 fl oz) and we can only accept perfume orders for bottles of maximum 30ml each with a maximum volume of 500ml (17 fl oz) per order. The fragrances on our website don’t all come in a 30ml size but we can custom make them for you if they don’t already exist.
Non-alcohol based products: there are no size restrictions

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that we are not able to accept returns of perfumery products once products have been opened or used*
If you are purchasing the item as a gift and would like the option to exchange the fragrance for an alternative, please add a sample of the fragrance to your order, for the recipient to try out first. In the event of the fragrance being unsuitable, we will be happy to exchange the product for an alternative fragrance of the same size and strength, in store or for a shipping fee.
The item must be returned in perfect unopened condition, and the shop must be notified by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorisation before returning the item.

Please check your parcel on arrival for any serious damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage has occurred to your item(s), please contact: email@example.com
Kindly provide the date of the order, your name, email address and phone number. It is vital that you retain the damaged items, the shipping box and all packaging material for inspection by the carrier company.
