DELIVERY & RETURNS
STANDARD SHIPPING - SIGNED FOR
All parcels within the UK are sent with Royal Mail. Your postage price (starting from £5.50) will be quoted at the end of your order, before payment. All product order deliveries will require a signature on arrival. All orders are usually processed within 3-6 working days and you will receive a confirmation email, with tracking information, to notify you that your parcel has been dispatched. Please note that we can only ship four bottles of fragrance in any one package.
Due to the current Coronavirus situation, Royal Mail is minimising contact during delivery. They won't be handing over hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY BY 1PM
We regret not currently being able to offer this delivery option as, due to the current Coronavirus situation, Royal Mail can no longer guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day. We'll resume this service as soon as it's available again.
If you require a faster service, please select the Next Day Delivery option, starting from £10, to guarantee next working day delivery by 1pm. Orders placed with the next working day delivery option will be sent with Royal Mail on the same day if the order is placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon will be sent the next working day. This service is only available from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed with this option from Friday 12 noon to Monday, or on bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day (usually a Tuesday). All Next Day Deliveries will require a signature on arrival. You will receive a confirmation email, with tracking information, to notify you that your parcel has been dispatched. The following items are not available with the next working day delivery option: all 30ml eau de toilette bottles. Please note that we can only ship four bottles of fragrance in any one package.
2nd CLASS POST
You can select this option at £3.50 for orders up to £20 including orders of samples. Please note we can only supply one sample per fragrance.

Our website can only process UK orders by default. If you would like to order from abroad, please send us an email with your post code at email@example.com for a personalised quote. If you agree with the quote we have sent you, we will then send you an email with a payment link to complete your purchase directly on our website.
Shipping to EU countries starts from £11. We ship to most EU destinations via UPS and Royal Mail, with no size restrictions on perfume and alcohol-based products. Please note all product order deliveries will require a signature on arrival. You will receive a confirmation email, with tracking information, to notify you that your parcel has been dispatched.
REST OF THE WORLD
As they fall under the Dangerous Goods category, the international shipping by air of perfume and other alcohol-based products is strictly regulated. Shipping outside the EU starts from £48 for perfumes and other alcohol-based products (such as room sprays, diffusers, bath silks) and from £10 for non alcohol-based products (candles, shower gels, body lotions, body creams, herb bags). International orders of perfumes are shipped via FedEx, which means a full door-to-door tracking service is included, making international shipments more expensive but very reliable. International orders of non alcohol-based products are sent with Royal Mail and are also tracked.
Size restrictions for orders shipped outside the EU
Fragrances and other alcohol-based products: volume per item must not exceed 30ml (1 fl oz) and we can only accept perfume orders for bottles of maximum 30ml each with a maximum volume of 500ml (17 fl oz) per order (which means you can order several 30ml bottles and shipping fees won't increase much if you do). The fragrances on our website don’t all come in a 30ml size but we can custom make them for you if they don’t already exist.
Non alcohol-based products : there are no size restrictions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that we are not able to accept returns of perfumery products once products have been opened or used*. If you are purchasing the item as a gift and would like the option to exchange the fragrance for an alternative, please add a sample of the fragrance to your order, for the recipient to try out first. In the event of the fragrance being unsuitable, we will be happy to exchange the product for an alternative fragrance of the same size and strength, in store or for a shipping fee. The item must be returned in perfect unopened condition, and the shop must be notified by email at email@example.com for authorisation before returning the item. Please check your parcel on arrival for any serious damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage has occurred to your item(s), please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly provide the date of the order, your name, email address and phone number. It is vital that you retain the damaged items, the shipping box and all packaging material for inspection by the carrier company.
