All orders are usually processed within 2-4 working days and you will receive a confirmation email, with tracking information, to notify you that your parcel has been dispatched. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.  

Please note that we can only ship four bottles of fragrance in any one package.


All parcels within the UK are sent with Royal Mail. Your postage price (starting from £5.50) will be quoted at the end of your order, before payment. All product orders are sent via Tracked48 or Tracked24 service. 


You can select this option at £3.50 for orders up to £22 including orders of samples. Please note we can only supply one sample per fragrance

Avoid postage costs and choose the Pick Up option at checkout. Orders are usually ready in 24 hours and can be picked up at our Spitalfields Store in Shoreditch, London. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready, please bring a copy (print or screen) when you come to collect your order. Orders can be collected Tuesday to Friday 11am-6pm, Saturdays 11am-6pm.


Please note that we are not able to accept returns of perfumery products once products have been opened or used*. If you are purchasing the item as a gift and would like the option to exchange the fragrance for an alternative, please add a sample of the fragrance to your order, for the recipient to try out first. In the event of the fragrance being unsuitable, we will be happy to exchange the product for an alternative fragrance of the same size and strength, in store or for a shipping fee. The item must be returned in perfect unopened condition, and the shop must be notified by email at for authorisation before returning the item. Please check your parcel on arrival for any serious damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage has occurred to your item(s), please contact: Kindly provide the date of the order, your name, email address and phone number. It is vital that you retain the damaged items, the shipping box and all packaging material for inspection by the carrier company.
